The price for the total 7.23-acre package is $60 million, and foreign firms have shown initial interest. The 45-room Aztec Inn Casino began life as the Sun N Shine Motel in 1957 before having its name changed to the Sunshine Motel and then the Mojave Meadow Motel in the 1980s. The property acquired its current handle and added a 3,120 sq ft gaming floor complete with 39 slots in 1991 and is currently owned by a group of local investors that includes Ernie Lee.
