COCKTAIL SERVER

Individual will provide fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to all guests. Cocktail Servers are responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers on the gaming floor and lounge. Cleans and stocks the beverage station and monitors beverage consumption levels for guests.

DEALER:

EVS ATTENDANT (Janitorial):

Housekeeping/Custodial Team Members ensure that the Wanaaha Casino buildings and grounds are clean and maintained. Individual is responsible for, but not limited to cleaning slot machines, floors, windows, walls, stairs, bathrooms and elevators on a daily basis. Knowledge of modern cleaning methods and repair techniques are preferred.

F&B CASHIER:

The Cashier must be willing to work in various outlets as needed. The Cashier will be responsible to deliver exceptional customer service and create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our guests to enjoy. The Cashier must work well with all fellow Team Members in producing a smooth and efficiently running operation that meets our high standards. GUEST SERVICES (Cashier)

Delivers excellent customer service at all times. Responsible for accurately processing customer transactions and accountable for assigned cash drawer. Conduct loyalty program transactions including; new sign-ups, issuing replacement cards, player account inquiries, and assist in implementing seasonal promotions and events. Protect casino assets at all times.

GROUNDSKEEPER:

Groundskeeper responsibilities are to maintain the site of the Wanaaha Casino. Will be responsible for the care, maintenance and condition of lawns, plants and trees. Planting flowers and bushes, also perform mowing, weeding, fertilizing, trimming, watering and assist in building paths or walkways. Other duties will include; to ensure plant growth, the cleanliness of outdoor facilities and pruning of overgrown hedges. In winter climates, groundskeeper may also shovel snow and plow grounds. Ensures the grounds are pleasant, both visually and operatively at all times.

LEAD CASHIER:

This position is responsible for the direct supervision of cashiering functions such as scheduling and organizing necessary training. Ensures all Cage/Vault personnel are adhering to policy and procedures. Supervisor ensures all items are balanced at the close of shift.

LINE COOK:

Works variable shifts as assigned by the Supervisor. Responsible for the operation and success by daily prepping, preparing of meals off the menu and specials in a timely manner, restocking of food items and reporting to manager when items are low. Follow new recipes and procedures with minimal direction.

SERVER:

This position operates the Main Vault, Coin Bank and Chip Vault. Is responsible and accountable for all funds during assigned shift. Responsible for completing all required paperwork for currency/coin/chips transactions. Conduct daily countdowns of the vault upon arrival and departure. Accept all responsibility for cash overages and shortages incurred in their bank.
